The annual race returns for the 17th time on Sunday 12th May and includes a 400m pool swim in the beautiful setting of Marl Pits Leisure Centre, Rawtenstall, a picturesque, yet undulating 21km bike ride and finally, a lapped 5km run route with a mixture of trail and road.
